Soul Retrieval is an ancient shamanic healing practiced across cultures long before modern psychology had language for trauma. From a shamanic perspective, these are not pathologies—they are signs that parts of the soul are still waiting to be welcomed home.
Trauma is understood as an event that causes parts of the soul to fragment or withdraw in order to survive.
When the body experiences overwhelming shock, the soul does something profoundly intelligent: it leaves.
These aspects withdraw into non-ordinary realms to preserve innocence, vitality, or life force.
Soul loss often shows up as a persistent feeling of emptiness or disconnection.
It may manifest as difficulty feeling joy, intimacy, or purpose.
Soul loss does not mean something is broken.

The ceremony begins by creating a fully protected, trauma-aware container. The energy body is gently opened, cleansed, and prepared. Through shamanic journeying supported by drum, rattle, prayer, and song we enter non-ordinary reality to locate the soul fragments ready to return. Once located, the fragments are retrieved, negotiated with, and brought home through breath, sound, and ritual. They are reintroduced into the body through specific energetic gateways, often the heart, crown, or womb—depending on what is needed for safe embodiment.
